1. Introduction

Welcome to Remplin ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Policies ("Terms") govern your use of our Employer of Record (EOR) services, website, and related offerings. By engaging with Remplin, you ("Client" or "User") agree to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all clients, partners, and users who access or use our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions

  • Client – The individual or organization that engages Remplin for Employer of Record (EOR) or related services.
  • Employee – Any person employed by Remplin on behalf of a Client under an EOR arrangement.
  • EOR Services – The employment, payroll, HR, and compliance services provided by Remplin.
  • Remplin – The company providing EOR and associated services, registered and operating under Indian law.

3. Scope of Services

Remplin provides comprehensive Employer of Record (EOR) services to international clients hiring in India, including:

  • • Employment onboarding and local HR administration
  • • Payroll management and statutory compliance
  • • Tax deductions, filings, and benefits administration
  • • Employment contracts aligned with Indian labor laws
  • • Ongoing HR and employee support

4. User Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • • Provide accurate and complete information for employment and payroll processing.
  • • Ensure assigned work complies with applicable laws and ethical standards.
  • • Make timely payments as per agreed invoicing terms.
  • • Respect Indian labor regulations and data protection standards.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Remplin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays, or actions outside the service scope.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Remplin protects all client and employee data in line with Indian data protection laws and GDPR-style global standards. Confidential data will not be disclosed without consent unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Remplin content, brand assets, and documentation remain our property. Clients retain ownership of their proprietary business data.

8. Payment & Invoicing Terms

Fees are outlined in the Client agreement. Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in interest or service suspension.

9. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under contractual terms. Remplin will complete final payroll and compliance actions per Indian law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Remplin's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
